Delivering properly produced products within the specification guidelines is the goal of all involved in the supply-chain process and is not an easy task.  That is why BA Industries is involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process – starting with raw material inspection all the way through to where the finished products come out of the production lines – in order to properly insure compliance and to exceed our customer’s needs.

Strict quality control systems must be enforced to insure these high standards as well as to guarantee consistency of product.  BA Industries employs the following process on all production, which has proven very successful for our Company:

1 Quality Control Systems

Certification and testing of raw materials and finished goods
Raw material and Fabric approval
Lab dip approval/Handlooms
20% inspection of fabrics and trims at mills before the receipt of goods
20% inspection during receiving, by machines, before factory transfer
Further inspection in the cutting rooms during spreading
Trim books established for full control (3 sets: factory, merchandiser, buyer)
Pre-production checking to include:
   -Pre-production samples
   -Fit Sets
   -Top of production samples from actual sewing lines
Standard In-Line during sewing
100% final inspection of finished goods
Repairs
Certification and testing of raw materials and finished garments
